I purchased two of these baking pans almost 3 months ago and after many uses I am thoroughly pleased. :)
They are heavy and sturdy, offering even browning, and the non stick surface ACTUALLY works! :) I use both pans at least once a week and so far the non stick coating is still flawless. (I pamper them as required, no metal utensils or harsh scrubbing, etc.)
Some reviewers of similarly constructed commercial baking pans have been unsatisfied with seams at the pan corners that harbored baked on crust and were very difficult to clean.
I'm happy to say I've had no such trouble with these.
This product is must in my kitchen, and one I'd love to gift to a fellow baker.
