Positives: using PAM or other cooking sprays, the muffins pop out easily without having to push the bottom of the cup on each one. It is easy to clean, and doesn't rust or get nasty like other muffin tins. I love that I can throw it in the dishwasher and that it folds for storage with other pans. There is stability with the weights in the holders on each side.
Negatives: It is hard to place directly on the racks without one side being slanted or dipping. Have to play around with it to get is adjusted and in the heat of the oven, this isn't easy. It doesn't fall through the cracks, but it does lean one way or the other.
I would still purchase it again, as it beats out all the other kinds I had seen. I trust Calphalon and if I ever have problems with it, I know they will take care of it.
